Le gyoza peut \u00eatre frit, grill\u00e9 ou cuit \u00e0 la vapeur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En forme de demi lune, il est consomm\u00e9 avec une farce \u00e0 base de viande mais vous pouvez faire la farce que vous souhaitez. txt-dark-gray\">ETAPE 1 :<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"font_8\">Pour pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 gyozas, m\u00e9langer la farine tamis\u00e9e de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence avec 1 cac de sel et l'eau chaude.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\">P\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te pendant plusieurs minutes \u00e0 la main, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit souple et non collante.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\">Si la p\u00e2te n'est pas souple, ajouter encore un peu d'eau au fur et mesure si besoin.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Former un boudin avec votre p\u00e2te et s\u00e9parer en 20 boules de m\u00eame taille.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>J'ai ajout\u00e9 de la maizena sur mon plan de travail, vous pouvez utiliser de la farine afin d'\u00e9viter que les p\u00e2tes \u00e9tal\u00e9e ne se collent entres elles.\u00a0<\/p>\n<pre>Note: Il ne faut pas que la p\u00e2te soit \u00e9tal\u00e9e trop finement <\/pre>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" l'eau.<\/p>\n<p>Vos gyozas sont cuits.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez les d\u00e9guster nature ou avec une sauce soja agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de graines de
