Ajouter le poulet et laisser mariner pendant au moins 1 heure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"font_8\"><em style=\"color: #333333; font-size: 14px;\"><strong><span class=\"dblock bold txt-dark-gray\">ETAPE 2 :\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"font_8\">\u00c9mincer les oignons et les faire revenir dans une sauteuse avec un peu d'huile d'olive.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter ensuite le poulet avec sa marinade et 1 cac de moutarde.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Verser \u00e9galement le jus des 2 citrons, un verre d'eau et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 40 minutes environ. La sauce va r\u00e9duire.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de servir parsemer de persil frais.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8\">Servir avec du riz blanc !
